About The Position
Kido International Preschool River Place is seeking a dependable, patient, and safety-focused Bus Driver to ensure the safe transportation of K-5 students from their elementary school back to Kido. This role also involves taking ownership of bus maintenance, including fueling, inspections, cleaning, and scheduling oil changes. The position offers consistent weekday hours during the school year, following the LISD school schedule, with opportunities for field trip transportation. The ideal candidate will create a warm, positive experience for students and communicate effectively with the preschool team and families.
Requirements
- Prior experience driving a school bus full of children
- Valid TX License and clean driving record
- High School Diploma
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a state background check
- Ability to undergo an enhanced fingerprint-based background check
