About The Position

Cincinnati Urban Promise in Cincinnati, OH is looking to hire a part-time Bus Driver to drive our 15-passenger short bus and provide transportation to and from our center. This position earns a competitive wage of $20.00/hour. Additionally, we offer our Bus Driver a family-oriented atmosphere and a great work-life balance. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic driver's license and a good driving record
Safety-minded and committed to following traffic regulations
Punctual and reliable
Ability to drive in a chatty environment without being distracted
Must be able to pass a background check if hired.

Responsibilities

Drive a 15-passenger short bus to provide transportation to and from the center.
Ensure the security, comfort, and love for the children being transported.
Be punctual and reliable for morning and afternoon routes.
Listen to any concerns caregivers might have.
Offer support and encouragement to children and families.
Run errands during the time between morning and afternoon routes.
Pass a background check if hired.
