Requirements
- Clean driving record
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be able to push/pull/lift greater than 50lbs.
- Basic knowledge of bus functions
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of immediate area a plus.
- Experience with elderly and dementia-care preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides individual intervention to residents based on personal needs and conditions
- Records resident attendance and participation level at recreation programs, writes progress notes, and attends care plan meetings as necessary
- Assists with the transport of residents to and from activities off campus
- Ensures that residents receive the highest quality of service in a warm and caring environment which recognizes the individuals' needs and capabilities
- Performs other related job duties as required
