About The Position

The Clearwater Housing Development Corporation (CHDC) is an asset management company that provides innovative, progressive, and affordable property management. We deliver our services with integrity, pride, and efficiency for all of our stakeholders. Bus Driver We are in need of a part-time Bus Driver to transport residents of our active 55+ community safely to specified activities, errands and enjoyable destinations . The Bus Driver will have knowledge of preventative maintenance , perform pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness . The Bus Driver will assist guests in and out of the vehicle and provide a high level of professionalism and customer service . This is a temporary, part-time position approximately 20 hours a week scheduled according to resident needs in shifts; generally Monday, Wednesday and Thursday during daytime hours. There may be occasions in which activities take place outside of these hours. The work schedule is coordinated and published monthly. All work is performed under the direct oversight of the Property Manager and Senior Property Manager. This position is located in Clearwater, Florida. Requirements

One to five years’ experience operating large vehicles in all conditions.
Class B CDL License with a passenger endorsement
All applicants must successfully complete Pre-employment testing
Comprehensive background and reference checks
Drug and alcohol screen
Bus driving: 1 year (Required)
Passenger Endorsement (Required)
CDL B (Required)
