About The Position

We are seeking experienced and dependable bus drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting passengers along designated routes in a safe and timely manner. You must adhere to all traffic laws and company regulations while providing excellent customer service to our passengers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CDL preferred, but not required, willing to train

Responsibilities

• Driving a school bus and ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school, field trips, and other activities.
• Adhering strictly to traffic laws and school bus regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance checks on the bus to ensure it is safe and in good working condition.
• Knowing and implementing emergency procedures in case of accidents, breakdowns, or other emergencies.
• Maintaining effective communication with students, parents, school staff, and transportation authorities.
• Ensuring that students behave appropriately and safely while on the bus, maintaining discipline when necessary.
• Being familiar with the assigned route and ensuring timely arrival and departure from stops.
• Completing required paperwork, such as daily logs, incident reports, and mileage records.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs related to driving skills, safety procedures, and student management.
