About The Position

As a Bus Driver, you play a vital role in safely transporting children while supporting our mission to enhance their developmental growth and learning experiences. Children of America (COA) is a unique blend of people, principles, and pride, making our organization rich in diversity and strength. For over 18 years, COA has been a trusted leader in early childhood education, providing safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environments for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Our programs include Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before & After Care, and Summer Camp.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible with hours and work schedule
Must be at least 21 years of age

Nice To Haves

Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred

Responsibilities

Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs
Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality
Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director
Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children
Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience
Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff
