About The Position

ISS is seeking FIFO (Fly In / Fly Out) Casual Bus Drivers from Perth to join our Relief Pool Team. This role involves providing swing coverage at remote WA mine sites. The primary responsibility is driving village residents to and from the site and the airport. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing vehicle pre-start checks and assisting with general utility duties in other departments as needed. This is a casual FIFO role with flexible swings determined by site needs and your availability. Meals, accommodation, and uniforms (including steel cap boots) are provided while on site. ISS offers ongoing support and training, with opportunities for growth within a large global company, and provides mental, financial, and physical health support programs. Casual bus drivers will be prioritized for full-time vacancies before external advertising.

Requirements

• HR/ MR driver’s license essential
• Passenger Transport Drivers Authorisation
• A current VOC (Verification of Competency) certification issued by a recognised bus driving training provider in Australia
• Ability and flexibility to work in any department, as required
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Manual Driver's License with F-Class extension
• Police Clearance less than 12 months old
• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude to work
