About The Position
Bus Drivers play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting Mission Ridge’s overall operations. This position involves transporting guests and employees between the Mission Ridge parking lot and offsite parking areas using resort shuttle buses. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, punctual, well-organized, and possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Bus Drivers are responsible for daily pre- and post-trip vehicle safety checks, maintaining a clean bus environment, assisting guests with gear and equipment, and ensuring safe and timely transportation. Flexibility is essential, as drivers may be called upon to assist with other duties or parking plans during peak periods or inclement weather.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Must be eligible for company vehicle insurance.
- Must be comfortable with regular guest and employee interaction.
- Must be insurable under company policies.
- Must be capable of operating vehicles safely in mountain environments.
Nice To Haves
- Previous driving or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
