About The Position

The Lake Louise Ski Resort is seeking a Bus Driver for the Winter 2026/2027 season. This role involves transporting guests and staff to and from the ski hill, requiring a strong customer service background and solid driving experience. The driver will be responsible for daily mileage recording, ensuring vehicle condition, providing friendly service, and applying defensive driving techniques for passenger safety. Requirements

Clean class 2 AB drivers’ license or equivalent, clean driving abstract/record
3 years claims free insurance history
Excellent listening skills
Strong written communication skills
Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Punctuality and reliability is essential
Regularly communicate with your peers & supervisors to ensure the overall success of the department
Can work well in a team as well as independently
Ability to deal with a broad range of people & departments
Complete other tasks as assigned
Minimum 1-2 years previous industry experience
A friendly and professional manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Safe operation of company vehicle(s) adhering to the transportation policy
Timely and safe transportation of guests and staff
Accurate, timely, and organized processing of paperwork, vehicle check logs
Keep a clean & organized vehicle – includes daily cleaning of bus
Regular communication with resort while on the road
High quality, friendly, and cooperative relationship with all departments
Provide assistance to other departments as required
