About The Position

Arrow Stage Lines is seeking a full-time motorcoach detailer/cleaner for their Kansas City, MO location. This role is crucial for maintaining the pristine condition of the company's fleet, ensuring passenger comfort and convenience for various group travel needs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and reliable in adhering to scheduled shifts. This position is integral to the team that keeps the motorcoaches looking their best for athletic teams, tour groups, and chartered events.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and regular attendance.
• Must be able to work schedule as assigned from beginning to end.
• Must be able to use the power wash machine and use repetitive motion with machine and wash brushes, squeegees etc.
• Ability to lift 25-30 pounds.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to pay attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work with various cleaning soaps and chemicals.
• Evening and weekend work is required.
• Able to work in a team as well as individually.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have the ability to open bus bay doors and use pressure washer and wash machine.
• Will be working in wet, hot, and cold conditions as the seasons change, in a maintenance shop environment.
• One year of cleaning experience.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Use power sprayers to wash exterior of vehicle.
• Clean inside of vehicle to include overhead luggage bins, seats, kick panels, footrests, and lavatory area.
• Clean all windows and window frames.
• Sweep and mop floors of vehicle.
• Clean driver compartment area.
• Ensure miscellaneous finishing touches are completed, such as emptying and cleaning wastebaskets, placing lost items in lost and found, and spraying air freshener.
• Perform end of shift procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
