About The Position

Arrow Stage Lines is seeking a full-time motorcoach detailer/cleaner for their Kansas City, MO location. This role is crucial for maintaining the pristine condition of the company's fleet, ensuring comfort and convenience for passengers on various trips and events. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and reliable in adhering to their scheduled shifts. This position is integral to the team that keeps the fleet well-maintained and looking its best.

Requirements

Reliable transportation and regular attendance. Must be able to work schedule as assigned from beginning to end.
Must be able to use the power wash machine and use repetitive motion with machine and wash brushes, squeegees etc.
Ability to lift 25-30 pounds.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must be able to pay attention to detail.
Basic math skills.
Ability to work with various cleaning soaps and chemicals.
Evening and weekend work is required.
Able to work in a team as well as individually.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have the ability to open bus bay doors and use pressure washer and wash machine.
Will be working in wet, hot, and cold conditions as the seasons change, in a maintenance shop environment.

Mechanical knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

Use power sprayers to wash exterior of vehicle.
Clean inside of vehicle to include overhead luggage bins, seats, kick panels, footrests, and lavatory area.
Clean all windows and window frames.
Sweep and mop floors of vehicle.
Clean driver compartment area.
Ensures miscellaneous finishing touches are completed i.e., wastebaskets are emptied and cleaned, place lost items in lost and found, spray air freshener etc.
Performs end of shift procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
