About The Position

The Bus Cleaner / Facility Maintenance Attendant maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the company’s buses and facilities. The position supports operational readiness by performing routine cleaning and upkeep to help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Duties include cleaning bus exteriors with pressure washers and other provided equipment; cleaning interiors, including removing trash and cleaning windows, dashboards, seats, handrails, and floors; and restocking buses with required supplies as directed. The attendant also cleans offices, meeting rooms, parts rooms, and restrooms; sweeps depot and garage floors and removes trash; and maintains exterior areas, including sidewalks and alleyways.

The role requires safe use of cleaning products and equipment in accordance with training and company standards, and prompt reporting of maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to management.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Availability to work evenings; weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
• Professional attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Physically and mentally able to perform job duties safely and reliably.

Responsibilities
