As a Business Analytics Consultant Sr. within PNC's Multi Family Capital organization, you will be based in a PNC Location. This role is a non-technical Project Coordination within Real Estate Banking, responsible for driving a mix of project-based work and steady-state processes in a banking/financial services environment. The position serves as a key point of contact for Enterprise! imaging and covenant processing questions and issues, coordinating extensively with third-party vendors to manage high volumes of site visits, insurance inspections, and reviews, while also supporting regulatory audits and covenant tracking. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, organization, and communication skills to manage repeatable processes and ongoing projects effectively, often operating independently and navigating ambiguity to ensure timely and compliant execution across multiple workstreams. Requirements
- Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.

Responsibilities
- Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
- Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
- Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
- Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
- Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
