About The Position

This position pays $18/hour and coordinates the pick-ups and drop-offs for customers to attend sales presentations at our resorts. The role involves collecting deposits and returning them to management for reconciliation. The Bus Ambassador will communicate scripted information to guests during transportation and provide snacks and refreshments. A key aspect of the role is providing outstanding customer service in accordance with Company standards. The position also includes completing special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience.
• Driver’s Licenses (non-commercial), must be state-specific.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the pick-ups and drop-offs for customers to attend sales presentations at our resorts.
• Collect deposits and return to management for reconciliation.
• Communicate scripted information to guests during transportation.
• Provide snacks and refreshments to guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with the Company standards.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
