About The Position
GiaMed JV, a joint venture between MedTrust LLC and GiaCare Inc., is hiring civilian Registered Nurses to work at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) serving military heroes and their families. This role offers a structured environment with low patient ratios, support from LVNs and Techs, and no on-call or overnight shifts. The unit operates Monday to Sunday, approximately 5:30 am to 11 pm, with this being a 40-hour position consisting of 8-hour shifts.
Requirements
- Must be U.S. Citizen
- Valid Registered Nurse license from any U.S. jurisdiction
- BLS and ACLS certification current
- PALS Certification current
- 1 year of full-time PACU experience within the past 3 years, in the same specialty or in an ICU where PACU patients were recovered.
