Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech? Vishay Dale Electronics – Columbus, NE is currently seeking applicants for a WWLD Burn-In Tech on 1st Shift (Monday – Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm). Overtime is available as needed. Responsible for producing Vishay products that meet and exceed quality and customer expectations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Three months to one year training in the application of a range of complex or automated machinery, equipment, and processes.
Training in the application and operation of a range of complex or automated machinery, equipment, and processes, or in the application of practical and shop mathematics together with the use of specifications, drawings, or plans.
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.”

Responsibilities

Responsible for Burn-In of resistors to customer specifications.
Computes Burn-In Layouts and Schedules to ensure maximum Burn-In capacity is always utilized.
May construct variances and associated Burn-In equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex burn-in problems.
Will load and unload burn-in racks to facilitate smooth and continuous product flow, as well as monitor voltages when required.
May run Special Test equipment, GARD, Read-In/Out, STOL, Vacuum Racks and do air flow checks, etc. as assigned.
Coordinates with Supervisor and Special Test personnel on type and value of units to be expedited or processed.
Coordinates work with Burn-In Rack Loader and monitors the daily work to be performed.
Maintains all Burn-In reports and records.
