About The Position

Burn Ambassadors are a critical first point of contact for new and current Burn Boot Camp members, both in person and on social media. The role is suited to enthusiastic individuals who can deliver an exceptional experience to members and uphold Burn Boot Camp’s high standards. The position description is not an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, or working conditions; management may modify, add, or remove duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Be a problem solver.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify work, and increase efficiency.
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Focus on delivering great member service every day during every camp.
• Be a strong user of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Be confident in sales or able to learn a simple sales process.
• Be able to prioritize multiple deliverables, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Be able to capture content for social media and have a solid understanding of social media.
