About The Position

Marvin is seeking a Bundling Assembler to work in the warehouse. The role involves picking parts for warehouse orders, bundling orders as finished product travels down the production line, checking finished products for quality before shipment, and transporting products throughout the plant, including to the shipping dock. The position requires working independently and as part of a team while supporting productivity, effectiveness, quality, safety, and improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for 8–10 hours a day.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Capability for heavy and very heavy lifting, pulling, and pushing.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, and turn.
• Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• Ability to work with computers and scanners.
• Ability to read and understand customer orders and shipping labels.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts needed to complete warehouse orders.
• Bundle orders as finished product travels down the production line.
• Check finished products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
• Transport finished products throughout the plant, including to the shipping dock.
• Help drive and implement improvement opportunities.
• Work safely and support productivity, effectiveness, and quality.
