About The Position
Join our team as a Buncher Operator! This is a temporary, full-time position with rotating 12-hour shifts (4 months nights / 4 months days). A $1.50 shift differential is provided. The role involves setting up machines, loading/unloading spools, adjusting settings, monitoring production and quality control, maintaining production records, and performing routine maintenance to ensure a safe work area.
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- HS Diploma/GED
- Manufacturing/machine operation experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to safety
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to handle physical tasks
