About The Position

Baldwin Paving Company, Inc. is currently seeking for Bulldozer Operators, with at least three years of experience. Must be able to finish grade. This will be a full-time role. This position reports to the Site Foreman. Nights and/or weekends may be required in addition to regular day shifts. Requirements

At least three years of experience.
Must be able to finish grade.
Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.
Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
Report to the assigned job site in proper attire and ready to begin work at the designated start time.
Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Safety Manual.
Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
Willingness and ability to perform manual work and follow verbal and written instructions.

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or equivalent is desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for heavy equipment operation of a bulldozer in a safe and appropriate manner.
May build, level, grade, finish grade, and excavate land surfaces using an excavator.
May transport material to and from plant silos.
Gather and load material from job sites onto and off of trucks, and vice versa. Transport to the appropriate location.
Gather, load, and transport material using the equipment.
Maintain accurate logs and records.
Performs general labor as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
