About The Position

Buckley Powder is seeking a hardworking, reliable, full-time Bulk Truck Operator to join our Cripple Creek team. This role offers excellent pay, full benefits, and long-term career potential. As a Bulk Truck Operator, you will safely handle explosive products, operate bulk trucks equipped with pumping units, and support daily plant and shop operations. This is an active, hands-on role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and performing physical tasks throughout the day.

Requirements

• Must meet all State and Federal explosive regulations and qualify as an ATF explosive possessor
• Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and maintain a clean MVR
• Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented
• Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions
• Able to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, and company procedures
• Physically able to lift and carry 50 lbs, squat, bend, and work outdoors in all conditions

Nice To Haves

• CDL not required (but helpful)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate bulk trucks, forklifts, and related equipment
• Load, unload, and transport explosive products
• Maintain vehicles: refuel, wash, and perform basic upkeep
• Keep accurate inventory and documentation
• Assist crew members on customer job sites
• Perform housekeeping and maintenance in the shop and plant
• Report any vehicle defects, incidents, accidents, or damage before and after shifts
