About The Position

As a Bulk Supervisor, you'll be a hands-on leader responsible for keeping apartment communities clean, safe, and ready for waste collection. Working alongside your team, you'll drive a company box truck or truck + trailer, inspect properties, remove bulky items, maintain dumpster and compactor areas, and ensure every stop meets our quality standards. You'll also provide day-to-day guidance to your team and help keep field operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone who leads with accountability, communicates well, and takes pride in building a reliable, high-performing operation. Success in this role comes from consistent execution, strong relationships, and a willingness to step in wherever needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in field operations, logistics, property management, or a related industry.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT medical card). If you don't already have one, we'll help you obtain it.
  • Comfortable using email, mobile apps, and operational software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in waste management, facilities services, or route-based operations.
  • Experience driving a box truck or truck and trailer.
  • Familiarity with CRM or operations management software.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example while providing day-to-day guidance and support to the Bulk and Leveling team.
  • Step in as a working technician when coverage or extra support is needed.
  • Keep the team stocked with the tools and supplies needed to work safely and efficiently.
  • Drive a company truck along an assigned route servicing apartment communities.
  • Inspect, photograph, and document bulky items using company technology.
  • Keep dumpster and compactor areas clean, safe, and compliant by removing debris, breaking down cardboard, and redistributing trash as needed.
  • Ensure bulky item removal and property cleanups meet company quality standards.
  • Document daily work, property conditions, and service issues accurately.
  • Communicate with your manager and teammates to resolve issues and keep work on track.
