Bulk Removal Contractor
About The Position
You will be responsible to provide safe, professional, and dependable junk removal services to all our apartment complex partners. The selected candidate will be part of a rapidly growing team and must have extremely high standards in the quality of their work. Requirements
- Commercial General Liability insurance, including contractual liability with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and personal injury, including death, and property damage, and $2,000,000 in the aggregate.
- If applicable, Commercial Automobile Liability insurance, including owned, hired and non-owned covering all motor vehicles used during the performance of Subcontracted Services, with a combined single limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury, including death, and property damage with $2,000,000 in the aggregate.
- Pickup truck with trailer or dump truck
- Valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Reliable, hard-working, and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50lbs or heavier repeatedly
- Ability to work in inclement weather
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional, and dependable junk removal services to all apartment complex partners.
- Complete before and after photos of the trailer for each load.
- Submit proper documentation for dump fee reimbursement (before and after photos, receipt).
