Prepare batches of gravy ingredients, and/or super-micros for the kitchen per the approved formulas for the production run. This role involves reading and interpreting batching sheets, staging and cleaning ingredients and totes, accurately recording production data, inspecting ingredients, performing batching and weighing, and maintaining a clean work area. The operator is expected to stay ahead of the production schedule and participate as a member of the team, adhering to Simmons Operating systems principles and objectives. Other duties may be assigned to support business objectives.
