About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Bulk Fuel Supervisor at our onsite facility in Hubbard, TX. This role involves leading and supervising Bulk Fuel Specialists, assigning tasks, ensuring adequate staffing, conducting pre-shift meetings, monitoring performance, and serving as the first point of escalation for fueling-related issues. The supervisor will also assist with fuel inventory management and ensure adherence to all company policies, safety procedures, and customer requirements. Requirements

Follow all fuel-handling, PPE, fire-prevention, and spill-response requirements.
Wear required PPE at all times while performing fueling operations.
Maintain awareness of moving equipment, personnel, electrical hazards, and other jobsite conditions.
Properly respond to and report fuel spills in accordance with the site emergency response plan.
Keep fueling equipment clean, organized, and in safe operating condition.
Complete required inspections and documentation accurately and on time.
Must be safety-conscious and committed to maintaining reliable equipment uptime.
Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by a 24/7 construction operation.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions.
Ability to safely lift, handle, and manipulate fueling hoses and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to accurately complete written and electronic documentation.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work around heavy equipment for extended periods.
Ability to safely connect and disconnect fuel hoses and equipment.
Ability to lift and carry equipment, hoses, spill-response materials, and other job-related items.
Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, dust, and other jobsite conditions.
Ability to safely work around operating heavy equipment and construction activities.
Ability to wear required PPE for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience fueling heavy equipment, construction equipment, or other Diesel and Gasoline-powered equipment.
Experience operating a fuel truck, tanker, or bulk fueling system.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct, and supervise Bulk Fuel Specialists during daily operations.
Assign fueling routes, equipment, and responsibilities to team members.
Ensure adequate staffing and coverage for all assigned areas of responsibility (AOR) and fueling requirements.
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities, hazards, schedule changes, and site requirements.
Monitor employee performance and provide mentoring and training when necessary.
Ensure all team members follow company policies, site requirements, and safety procedures.
Serve as the first point of escalation for fueling-related issues in the field.
Assist with maintaining fuel inventory and communicate when bulk fuel replenishment is required.
Follow all company policies, OSHA requirements, customer requirements, and site-specific safety procedures.
Lead and participate in safety meetings, inspections, and training as required.
Maintain a professional attitude and positive working relationship with customers, employees, subcontractors, and site personnel.
