About The Position

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Bulk CR to join our team. This role services the North Charlotte/Huntersville Area and operates on a 4-day work week, Sunday - Wednesday. The Bulk CR fully executes all CDA elements, builds and maintains professional relationships with customers, provides training for new hires as needed, and upholds PBV merchandising standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• One (1) year of experience in route sales preferred.
• Positive attitude and must be detail-oriented.
• Perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• Self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
• Work in a team environment.
• Meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year of experience in route sales

Responsibilities

• Rotates and Merchandises product on gondolas, racks, coolers and displays.
• Performs one-on-one selling with store owner/manager, including retail negotiating.
• Cleans and maintains shelves, gondola, coolers, and back room space.
• Performs proper product ordering to ensure zero out-of-stocks.
• Creates and utilizes point of sale signage.
• Executes all CDA elements.
• Communicates issues with Pre-Sell Manager and Key Account Manager.
• Follows company rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
