About The Position

Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand on a mission to make the world a cozier place. We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Bulk/Corporate Sales Account Executive to build and scale our corporate and bulk gifting channel—one of our fastest-growing revenue opportunities. This role will own the full sales cycle for bulk and corporate accounts, from prospecting and outreach to close and account management. The ideal candidate brings a hunter mentality, strong relationship-building skills, and experience selling premium or lifestyle products to corporate buyers. This role reports directly to the Head of Commercial and is a key contributor to Lola's commercial growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or corporate gifting—ideally within a premium consumer goods or lifestyle brand.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging with senior buyers and procurement leads.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts and outreach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-growth environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new bulk and corporate accounts across gifting, employee appreciation, hospitality, and brand partnership use cases.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract and fulfillment handoff.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat purchasing and account expansion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless and premium experience from inquiry to delivery.
  • Track account performance and identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or grow order volume over time.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records; provide regular pipeline updates and revenue forecasts to the Head of Commercial.
  • Partner with the Product and Operations teams to ensure custom orders, timelines, and packaging requirements are executed to Lola's standards.
  • Share market and customer insights to help inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
