Buildings and Systems Engineering Specialist
About The Position
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, calibrating, and adjusting plant-floor equipment and control devices to ensure optimal operational performance. The role prioritizes maintenance calls and equipment breakdowns, coordinating timely resolution to minimize equipment downtime and maintain productivity. The position provides technical guidance and support to maintenance mechanics in diagnosing issues and completing effective repairs. It also assists in identifying and resolving day-to-day operational and mechanical challenges related to conveyors, automation systems, and facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and elementary diagrams
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in engineering
- Programming experience including troubleshooting, basic understanding of networks, motor control theory, and operation including basic AC and DC electrical troubleshooting
Responsibilities
