The Building Utilities Technician role is to provide maintenance support for the facility, so the Site remains in compliance with all production needs, HSE requirements, and Q&FS standards. The technician will effectively communicate priorities and escalate issues within the Technical Team and across operations. Utilizing outside contractors, personal repair work and Progressive Maintenance (PM) capability (breakdown elimination /work order completion) the technician will maintain the plant utility systems such as; plant utility systems, fires suppression, lights, compressed air, steam, natural gas, glycol refrigeration, nitrogen generation, water, wastewater, and grounds maintenance, etc. Responsibilities around the building and grounds.
