About The Position

Help Build the Future of Stonewood Homes Queensland. Stonewood Homes is one of fast growing residential building franchise networks in Queensland. As our Queensland network continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced construction professional to support our franchisees, strengthen compliance standards, and help drive business performance across the state. This is a unique opportunity for a QBCC-licensed professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems and helping businesses succeed. You will work closely with franchise owners across Queensland, providing technical guidance, compliance support and operational advice to help franchisees establish, grow and manage successful businesses. This role combines technical building knowledge with franchise business support and offers significant flexibility and autonomy.

Requirements

Current QBCC Builder Licence (Open or Unrestricted preferred).
Residential construction, estimating or project management experience.
Strong understanding of Queensland residential building practices.
Ability to work independently across multiple locations and businesses.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with franchise networks or multiple business owners is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and guidance to franchisees throughout the construction process.
Assist with estimating, variations and build-related problem solving.
Support QBCC licensing and compliance requirements.
Conduct franchise business reviews and assist franchisees with business planning.
Monitor franchise compliance against systems, processes and franchise standards.
Support franchisees with Stonewood system and process.
Assist with procurement arrangement and supplier relationship.
Support new franchisees as they transition into trading operations.
