About The Position
The Lt. Peter M. Hansen School is looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve as our building substitute for the 2026-27 school year. Qualified candidates will have prior work experience with elementary-aged children, preferably across grades K-5. We are a community that values equity, social-emotional learning, and inclusive access to engaging learning experiences for all students, and as such, candidates should feel comfortable filling in across all grade levels and in a variety of roles within the school.
Requirements
- Prior work experience with elementary-aged children, preferably across grades K-5.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and cooperative
- Highly flexible and adaptable
- Strong ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or a related field
Responsibilities
- Fill in across all grade levels and in a variety of roles within the school.
