Requirements

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage competing priorities.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking.

Nice To Haves

Experience in custodial or facility management (preferred).
Strong knowledge of floor care, cleaning techniques, and equipment (a plus).

Responsibilities

Performing cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and stairs.
Sanitizing and cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Dusting and cleaning furniture, desks, windowsills, and other surfaces.
Restocking supplies in designated areas, including bathrooms and break rooms.
Emptying trash cans, replacing liners, and ensuring trash receptacles are clean.
Maintaining janitorial equipment and storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
Proper handling, labeling, and use of cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety protocols.
Wearing and maintaining Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Reporting maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
Collaborating with team members to complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
