Luther Oaks Senior Living Community is hiring a Building Services Technician to support the daily maintenance and operation of our senior living community. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 1 year of maintenance or building services experience required
Healthcare, senior living, or commercial facilities experience preferred
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance practices
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and supplies as required

Responsibilities

Perform installation, repair, and maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems
Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections throughout the community
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform repairs in resident apartments and common areas
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Maintain grounds, equipment, and building systems to support daily operations
Respond to maintenance requests and assist with emergency repairs as needed
Participate in the on-call rotation and support after-hours maintenance needs
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work orders
