Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be able to work an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Have experience with general maintenance in a community setting
  • Have basic knowledge of appliance, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair
  • Have knowledge and experience working with technology such as smart phones, tablets, smart remotes, smart TVs and personal computers.
  • Have working knowledge of business software and Microsoft operating systems
  • Be able to read, write and speak English in order to communicate clearly with other team members and residents
  • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
  • Valid Driver License
  • Possess or willing to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a health care environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the homes and the community are well maintained
  • Ensuring that the grounds and common areas are attractive and clean
  • Work with, schedule and negotiate contracts with vendors
  • Move quickly to various areas of the entire property
