About The Position

If you enjoy a hands-on role that directly impacts the aesthetic appeal of a restaurant, then this is the job for you. You will be responsible for providing preventative and routine maintenance, focused on painting, touch-ups, and cosmetic upkeep across the restaurants in your assigned region. MUST BE LOCATED IN ORANGE COUNTY.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of two years of related experience is required, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Ability to handle physical workload, lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
Must be able to safely operate a boom bucket lift.
Must be able to safely setup, take down up to 30’ extension ladders and safely ascend, descend and work while standing on a ladder.
Ability to operate a computer and professional use of software (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
Must comply with all safety and quality requirements while performing the job, including wearing required PPE.
Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and as-needed interior and exterior painting, sealing and caulking, including surface prep, priming, and finishing.
Patch, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to match existing surfaces, including masonry tuckpointing and quarry tile re-grouting.
Perform semiskilled building maintenance and fixture repair work to include minor carpentry, and electrical.
Perform pressure washing and deep cleaning duties behind/ under equipment, fixtures and high reach windows.
Conduct regular inspections across restaurants to ensure operational readiness and cleanliness.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Prioritize and complete work orders for multiple restaurants.
Regularly check to identify issues related to guest & teammate safety to include litter, lighting, landscape, and curb appeal.
Daily reporting.
