About The Position
This position is fully trained in all aspects of general cleaning, including carpet shampooing, hard floor maintenance, recycling, lavatory cleaning, office cleaning, and all routine cleaning procedures. The position is skilled in training new employees, inspecting buildings, and is computer literate. This employee oversees a 24/7 building operation and directs the staff in all Building Service operations of the building. This employee assigns work to foremen and employees, schedules project work, and schedules routine work. This position is the key contact for the building manager and assists in preparing the building for functions, events, and special events.
Requirements
- Fully trained in all aspects of general cleaning.
- Fully able to do carpet shampooing, hard floor maintenance, recycling, lavatory cleaning, office cleaning, and all routine cleaning procedures.
- Skilled in training new employees.
- Skilled in inspecting buildings.
- Computer literate.
Responsibilities
