About The Position

Jesuit High School is now accepting applications for a Building Services Engineer. This role is responsible for ensuring the campus buildings meet the needs of the staff and students by implementing and maintaining all building systems, including mechanical (HVAC and other), electrical, plumbing, and fire and security alarms. The position involves managing the campus Building Automation System (BAS) and utility services, scheduling and coordinating special events, and assisting in Operation and Capital Projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant trade certification
• Construction and/or Maintenance project management experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical skills
• Working knowledge of critical computer software (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Search Engines, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Minimum three-years of experience in related fields
• Certification as Electrical and/or Mechanical Technician or equivalent
• Experience with Access Controls, CCTV, and Lighting Controls
• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Maintenance, Construction Management, or equivalent
