About the Role: The Building Services Clerk is responsible for supporting daily building operations and facilities services at a regional federal government site. This position focuses on maintaining the physical functionality, safety, and operational readiness of the facility. Responsibilities include responding to building service requests, performing minor furniture adjustments and equipment relocations, replenishing facility and office supplies, coordinating maintenance needs, assisting with room setups for meetings and trainings, and supporting mail and delivery movement throughout the building. The Building Services Clerk works throughout the facility to ensure workspaces, common areas, and support areas remain organized, stocked, and operational. This role requires physical mobility, the ability to lift and transport materials and equipment, and a hands-on approach to supporting building operations. Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
