About The Position
The Building Services Attendant at the YMCA of Middle TN is responsible for creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff. This role involves maintaining a spotless facility, monitoring building safety, and performing minor repairs to ensure smooth operations and a great appearance.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to serve others
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
- Prepared with training in CPR/AED, First Aid, and YMCA safety procedures during your first 30 days
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cleaning and chemical safety procedures
