About The Position
We have a client located in Pendergrass, GA that has an opportunity for a Building Products Estimator. This role involves performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing project specifications, reviewing competitor products, and preparing accurate quotes and proposals. It also requires close collaboration with Regional Managers and Independent Representatives to develop competitive, profitable pricing for targeted projects.
Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in estimating engineered building products
- Experience using takeoff software (Bluebeam specifically would be a plus)
- Experience reading and analyzing plans and technical documents
- Experience in developing successful quotations and creating competitive advantages
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Nice To Haves
- Industry-related degree (Construction, engineering, etc.)
- Experience with CAD software
