About The Position

Amentum is currently seeking a Building Operations Specialist in Chantilly, Virginia. The selected employee will be in a call center environment, monitoring alarms and facilitating customer service inquiries.

Requirements

Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Experience working in customer service.
Experience in a call center environment/Facilities environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance at the TS/SCI with polygraph level.
3 years of experience in customer service (if Associate's Degree is held).

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitoring alarms and facilitating customer service inquiries.
