About The Position
This position is part of our Maintenance Department and is for the 2nd shift, with the requirement to train on the 1st shift. The team member will maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work environment, assist general production with material movement and manufacturing processes, and work independently on regularly scheduled tasks with periodic check-ins with management to report progress.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 40# on a repetitive basis and a maximum of 50# on an occasional basis
- Must wear PPE including hearing protection and safety glasses (provided by RIMA)
- Must provide own slip-resistant shoes

Responsibilities
- Cleaning mop buckets
- Running an oil separator
- Moving material to machines for machine operators
- Running a floor scrubber
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning shavings from machines
- Snow removal
- Other assignments as needed
