About The Position

This position is responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and vehicles. The role involves groundskeeping, minor plumbing and carpentry repairs, and regular cleaning and sanitization of the building. Responsibilities include floor care, furniture assembly and movement, and monitoring building and grounds for security.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Two years of experience in handling minor building and maintenance repairs.
• Good skill in the use of hand and power tools.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine groundskeeping work to ensure the beautification of the landscape.
• Performs minor plumbing and carpentry repair work.
• Regularly cleans building and sanitizes as necessary.
• Sweeps, vacuums, strips, mops and waxes floors.
• Sweeps sidewalks.
• Assembles and moves office furniture including chairs, desks, tables, bulletin boards, etc.
• Monitors activities and visitors of building and grounds to ensure security.
