About The Position
The City of Bowie is seeking an individual with the ability to perform basic janitorial tasks including cleaning restrooms, dusting, mopping, etc., as well as other facility maintenance oriented duties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Light lifting (up to 50 pounds)
Nice To Haves
- 1-year experience in routine custodial work
- Knowledge of building cleaning, green building cleaning practices, supplies, and equipment
- Knowledge of operation and care of janitorial equipment
Responsibilities
- Perform basic janitorial tasks including cleaning restrooms, dusting, and mopping.
- Perform other facility maintenance oriented duties.
