Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance of commercial buildings
  • Ability to exercise prudent judgment
  • Interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork and positive client/tenant/co-worker relations

Nice To Haves

  • Two-year Technical degree preferred
  • HVAC certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to tenant work orders and make necessary repairs
  • Respond to emergency situations following building protocols during or after-hours
  • Provide preventative maintenance duties related to building HVAC components
  • Day to day maintenance, repairs, and work order related tasks
  • Keep updated records of maintenance tasks
  • Special event setup/tear down
  • Security check of all outside entrances
  • Ability to lift and move 100lbs by applying proper body mechanics
  • Minor repairs to HVAC components (filters, belts, etc.)
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned
