Requirements

Associates degree or two years of related experience associated with Building maintenance.
General knowledge of the buildings’ operating electrical, plumbing, along with the buildings operating systems, such as elevators, domestic water pumps, all forms of life safety.
Regular and reliable attendance is a must.

Responsibilities

Performs general repairs, inspections, and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including but not limited to common aspects of the building, buildings’ systems and grounds.
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
Response and input in the workorder system.
Performs other duties as required.
Maintaining the exterior areas of the building(s)/cleanliness of all common areas, learning the operations of the buildings' systems, regular and reliable attendance required, and other duties as assigned.
