What You’ll Do As a Senior Building Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep our facility and critical building systems operating safely and reliably. This is a hands-on position where you’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, respond to facility needs, and help ensure uninterrupted operations. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, building automation systems, and specialized laboratory equipment, while gaining valuable experience within a GMP environment. In this role, you will: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment. Support the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations. Troubleshoot building and equipment problems and help implement effective solutions. Work with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to monitor equipment and document maintenance activities. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and equipment performance. Partner with team members and other departments to resolve facility and equipment issues. Follow established safety procedures and help maintain a safe, compliant work environment. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment reliability and facility performance. Develop your knowledge of facility systems and equipment while working alongside experienced technical professionals.
