About The Position
The Wisconsin Country Club is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to help maintain its beautiful clubhouse and facilities. This role is suitable for someone with existing maintenance experience or someone looking to grow their skills, as the club is willing to invest in the right person. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and takes pride in maintaining quality facilities.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve everyday maintenance issues.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in general building maintenance, construction, mechanical work, or a related trade is preferred.
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or trade certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to maintenance requests throughout the club.
- Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting projects.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Work alongside other team members on improvement projects.
