Our Tech III focuses on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical equipment, material handling equipment, and other specialized equipment. Requirements

  • 2 years heating, air conditioning and ventilation; concrete repair, light electrical work and plumbing experience required
  • Ability to operate basic shop equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Relevant coursework in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical repair, or carpentry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain working knowledge of refrigeration principles and tools to operate and repair AC equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls on heating, ventilation and AC equipment
  • Complete regular preventative maintenance on snow removal equipment and other specialty machines
  • Maintain working knowledge of reading electrical diagrams/schematics and experience with general shop equipment
  • Effectively complete work orders, enter in job notes, and maintain records of maintenance preformed
  • Perform all types of building repairs to maintain our world class facility
