Our Tech III focuses on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, electrical equipment, material handling equipment, and other specialized equipment. Requirements
- 2 years heating, air conditioning and ventilation; concrete repair, light electrical work and plumbing experience required
- Ability to operate basic shop equipment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Relevant coursework in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, mechanical repair, or carpentry preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain working knowledge of refrigeration principles and tools to operate and repair AC equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls on heating, ventilation and AC equipment
- Complete regular preventative maintenance on snow removal equipment and other specialty machines
- Maintain working knowledge of reading electrical diagrams/schematics and experience with general shop equipment
- Effectively complete work orders, enter in job notes, and maintain records of maintenance preformed
- Perform all types of building repairs to maintain our world class facility
