About The Position

This position is for a Building Maintenance Associate on the 3rd shift. The role involves maintaining industrial equipment and facility systems.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2 year Technical Degree or equivalent
• 2-6+ years of experience/education/training in industrial maintenance or a technically relative field.
• 1+ years demonstrated abilities troubleshooting, modifying, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on automated industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated cross-functional experience/skills: PLC, HMI, Ladder Logic, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic systems.
• 2 year minimum doing construction and / or maintenance of facility related systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic electronics theory and some practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to plan/prioritize work.
• PC skills - MS excel/word, hardware, windows operations.
• Must be able to work at heights of 20 plus foot on ladder/lifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, modifying, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on automated industrial equipment.
• Performing construction and/or maintenance of facility related systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Planning and prioritizing work.
